Corporate Logo Guidelines
For Distributors and Other Authorized Third Parties
The digital files of the ENCAP, LLC logo can be conveniently downloaded by ENCAP distributors and other authorized third parties for approved use on web sites, packaging, documentation, collateral, and advertising associated with the distribution and promotion of ENCAP products.
The following guidelines must be closely followed in order to protect the integrity of the ENCAP logo. Under no conditions should the ENCAP logo be altered, adapted, modified, or morphed.
The color logo should be used whenever possible. The black and white version of the logo should only be used when absolutely necessary. The ENCAP logo should be used in color for all online executions.
The ENCAP logo must appear by itself - it may not be combined with any other graphic or textual element and may not be used as a design element with any other logo or trademark without written consent by ENCAP, LLC.
The ENCAP logo may not be used in any manner that diminishes or otherwise damages ENCAP's goodwill, including uses that would be deemed to be obscene, pornographic, excessively violent, or otherwise in poor taste or unlawful, or in which the purpose or objective is to encourage unlawful activities.
The ENCAP logo may not be used in any way other than as specified in these guidelines. Upon request from ENCAP, LLC, third parties are required to provide ENCAP with sample product packaging, documentation, or web site URLs bearing the ENCAP logo so that ENCAP can review usage to determine whether the logo guidelines have been followed.
Refusal to submit samples, or noncompliance with these guidelines, could result in revocation of the license or permission to use the ENCAP logo. All third parties must correct any deficiencies in their use of the ENCAP logo and/or in the quality of the product used in conjunction with the logo and must cease and desist from further publication or distribution of the materials upon reasonable notice from ENCAP, LLC. Refusal to correct such deficiencies to cease publication could result in revocation of the permission to use the ENCAP logo.
