Waste Transformation Technology

  ENCAP's Waste Transformation Technology
Transforms DDG (Dried Distillers Grain) into a new value added product!

The Bio Fuels Issue

ENCAP's Waste Transformation Technology

The US ethanol industry needs a convincing, self-sustaining, economic edge in order to gain a competitive advantage over conventional fuel sources, eliminate the need for government subsidies, and gain public support.

The Solution

Implement a revenue creation measure where the waste generated from the ethanol industry is transformed into a profit generating product possessing a strategic and marketable advantage over competition in a market where demand already exists.

The Measure

Utilize existing Waste Transformation Technologies™ (WTT™) to transform DDG (Dried Distillers Grain) into a completely new product that provides a superior, advanced technology solution, to a pre-existing market need (i.e. erosion control, seed establishment, animal feed, etc).  This transformation goes beyond the intrinsic values of the DDG, to adding new, more desirous values that exceed the capabilities of products in an established market.

To accomplish this, the DDG would be formed into a carrier and delivery system for an Advanced Soil Technology™ (AST™).  By changing the identity of DDG into this meaningful, valuable, and effective soil erosion/control product, the ethanol industry could substitute current government subsidies, with newly generated revenue.

The challenge with other beneficial reuse projects is the creation of market demand for the new product.  Not so with WTT™.  The WTT™ products can sold as a superior erosion control, seed establishment, fertilizer, animal feed, forest fire restoration, etc. products.  The closed loop supply/demand to ensure utilization of the WTT™ product is to have public agencies (i.e. USDA, DOTs, etc.) specify utilization on projects.

The Manure Utilization Issue

US farmers and ranchers need a meaningful, valuable and effective alternative-use for manure in order to overcome growing environmental pressures and to generate an additional source of revenue.

The Solution

Implement a revenue creation measure whereby the manure generated from livestock is transformed into a profit generating product possessing a strategic and marketable advantage over competition in a market where demand already exists.

The Measure

Utilize existing Waste Transformation Technologies™ to transform manure into a completely new product that provides a superior, advanced technology solution to a pre-existing market need (i.e. erosion control, organic fertilizer).  This transformation goes beyond the intrinsic values of the manure, to adding new, more desirous values that exceed the capabilities of products in an established market.

To accomplish this, the manure would be formed into a carrier and delivery system for an Advanced Soil Technology™ (AST™).  By changing the identity of manure into this meaningful, valuable, and effective soil erosion/control or organic fertilizer product, this will create
a revenue stream for the farmers.

The challenge with other beneficial reuse projects is the creation of market demand for the new product.  Not so with WTT™.  The WTT™ products can sold as a superior fertilizer and/or erosion control product.  The closed loop supply/demand to ensure utilization of the WTT™ product is to have public agencies (i.e. USDA, DOTs, etc.) specify utilization on projects.
